This is quite possibly the best pork chop I have ever eaten! Check out the recipe over at Rock Recipes.
These Pork chops are coated in a flour and spice mixture and cooked in the tiniest bit of oil to get that great crunchy texture and then you add the honey garlic sauce on top and it is amazing!
Also I didn't have sage so I used Rosemary instead and it was still so delicious. I made an entire pack of these chops even though there were only two of us eating and we have been having leftovers for lunch the past few days and each time we eat one we are just in heaven.
