14 day challenge!

This Pin from Prevention claims that I can "Shrink a size in 14 days"  Ok...I'm in!  Let's do it, who is going to do this with me?  Let me know if you are so we can complain about being tired and sore together.  I'm currently a 14/16 and I would like to be my High school size of a 12 so my realistic goal in the next two weeks is to be a solid 14 verging on a size 12...I would be happy with the banishment of my double chin too :)
So take your measurements (I'm not going to share mine but I'll tell you in 2 weeks how many inches I've lost) check your weight and print out the workout plan.  I'm starting tomorrow so I will check back in with my results on March 1st.
